Lauren Conrad Before Her Fashion Show

Yikes!  I wonder if Lauren Conrad was nervous to present her line for L.A. Fashion Week!  Her smile looks kind of unsure in some of these pictures.  But that's to be expected...I'm sure she knows that if it stinks it will be all over the blogs the next day.  If you want to see some of the clothes, check out her most recent collection called Bella.  The clothes are cute and all, but $88 for a plain white tank top is a bit much, don't you think? Would you ever wear any of LC's stuff? And in other news, LC's ex-enemy Kristin Cavallari was there...and so was Brody Jenner!  Looks like pretty much the whole cast of The Hills came out to support Lauren.

We all know celebrities who launch clothing lines are aiming them at other celebs. Why pay 88.00 for a white plain T, when you can get the same look for less at old navy or Gap? sorry to say but only a dumb dumb would pay that much. If you have millions, 88.00 dollars is pocket change.

Lauren is so yummy...love her

dull is right! what the heck is she wearing? it looks like she pulled a skirt up to her armpits to wear as a dress. ugh.

She is such a hack - another Paris Hilton - celebrity for no reason. And not even cute! So artificial with her contrived pose and smile. Hmmm, I really see not to like her.

Em Em said:

this enrages me that she would charge so much!!!!!!
the fans are the ones who are gonna buy the clothes, but NOT at this price!! $88 for a tank!! WTF????????????????????

she loooks like ROCKY DENNIS!! the guy from that movie with Cher!
~no offense to Rocky!

Her clothes are way too expensive for what they are. If you search for the items, you can find them for a lot better price.

Someone who got it right: Sarah Jessica Parker. Her jeans are amazing and they fit well! I wear mine so much and I was afraid they would look worn or crappy but they look great! I bought them for $8.88, normally $19.99.

How are those HER designs? they have those everywhere. I own 2 of those dresses from HnM and The Gap.. shouldnt they be suing her?

Anje Anje said:

WAY overpriced for clothes that look like you could buy them at Target or Old Navy.

I have always believed that it is not the price of a garment that makes a person look good; it is the qulaity of the garmet and how the garmet fits on the person that determines whether it looks good or not.

I thought they were cute... but I could definatly find the same look at target.. or forever 21 for way less. They just seem over priced for such a simple item.

What exactly has this person done to deserve a clothing line? Fashion students across the world are driving their pencils in their eyes.

Melanie Melanie said:

Her line looks suprisingly boring - nothing fancy or special at all. I can find that stuff at Target!

Jordan Jordan said:

Gotta love Lauren, she is too sweet. LO on the other hand she can be such a b$#@& but in an acceptable kind of way! Did you notice her sandals; Tory Burch Ali patent thong in tangerine--love Tory! Check out her spring line at toryburch.com--gorgeous...

yea.. so yea.. so said:

she should never pose like that again. Her head looks HUGE!!!!!!

Rachel Rachel said:

Her clothing line can only take for so long if all her designs are going to be loose tops and dresses.

sarah sarah said:

I think her clothing are very casual looking...cute simple...but way to expensive! Sorry but I can find something just like them or almost like them for way cheaper. I also think she needs to change it up a bit. Her stuff are all pretty much the same and predictable which makes it boring.

Jane Jane said:

has Lauren ever sewn before? Just curious...

i agree i agree said:

boring, plus why 88 bucks, she is not well known, shes a d-list reality tv personality laughable

christine christine said:

those were my thoughts exactly! her products do not reflect a designer who leads the way in fashion. they are so safe and boring that you could find every one of those pieces at target.
