Not even as a child did I have a birthday cake that was baked in the likeness of myself. Can you imagine walking into a party as an adult and finding that is what the party planners put together for you? I would be mortified! Too much icing on my thighs!! ;) Eva Longoria, on the other hand, "giggled with delight" at the site of the replica.
The Desperate Housewives star's personal assistant commissioned Miami cakemakers at Edda's Cake Designs to create the tasty sweet treat. A source claims an artist and baker spent three hours working on the dessert, using a photo of Longoria Parker as their inspiration. An insider says, "Eva loved the cake. She giggled with delight when it was brought in."
