Hilary Duff Out And About

Hilary Duff was spotted out and about in L.A. yesterday. She's looking really pretty in these pictures, wonder if she's off for a hot date with her man! I do think her outfit is really cute, but just look at the first thumbnail. THAT is why I don't wear tube tops. They drive me absolutely crazy!!!

She would look presentable wearing a cleavage top and a skirt that will not ride up to her buttocks when she sits down.

i think the outfit is kind of too sexy looking. first off the tube top reveals a lot of skin, that combined with the mini skirt, combined with the fishnets (even though they arent black) and the high boots...there is just something off about the way the outfit is put together for daytime. its more of a night look to me. i think if she wore jeans with the tube top or more of a shirt with the mini skirt the look would be more successful. her body looks amazing though.
