Miley Cyrus Has Officially Changed Her Name

It had been previously reported that Miley Cyrus had officially changed her name, but those reports were not true. TMZ got their hands on the court documents, and they were just filed by Miley's parents this past Friday. The papers state the reason for the name change,
Destiny Hope Cyrus has been commonly known as Miley Cyrus since she was a young child. The Change of Name is requested to make her commonly used name the same as her legal name.
Smiley Miley! Aww... guess it stuck. In other news, I have a friend who is trying to change her daughter's middle name and it has been a complete nightmare!! She was telling me over the weekend and I couldn't believe it would be so hard to do such a thing. As an adult, I removed my middle name and had no problem whatsoever.By the way, the pictures are from the weekend. Miley went shopping with a friend at Urban Outfitters and then out for dinner at P.F. Chang's. YUM!

I dunno, maybe im too old to get her appeal but if i had a 15 yo daughter and she dressed like that id flip... when i was 15 i was in jeans, sneakers and a tshirt playing for the all girls softball team after school. I realize shes famous but shes headed for disaster :( she looks just like ali lohan ... 15 and looks 20.
Umm excuse me, but how is she dressed inappropriately for a 15 year old? Have you seen what most 15 years olds wear? She looks cute and I commend her for being one of the few good role models for young girls out there.
