Why are the paparazzi always outside of every medical building in LA? How many times have I written "leaving a medical building"? Well, they did it again catching Jake Gyllenhaal in the parking lot picking up his car. Also out running errands yesterday was Jessica Alba getting her nails done and Jessica Biel shopping and showing off an eco-bag. Love that!!
