He Just Wants Her To Be Happy

I choked up a bit when I read this. Ryan Phillippe was asked by Howard Stern what he thought about Jake Gyllenhaal and Ryan answered respectfully. I think think it is such a shame that Ryan and Reese Witherspoon couldn't work things out - but so is life. In the end, they have kids and will be a part of one another's lives until the end.

"He's a good dude," Phillippe said on The Howard Stern Show Thursday. "I love her and I want her to be happy, and it seems like she is."

He had a great interview on Howard Stern Show. I know, I know, say what you will about HS. He is sexist, bla bla bla, but he is GREAT interviewer, not afraid to ask questions, and the interview with Ryan was great. He talked about his break up with Reese, the fact that they were young, etc. Ryan seems more interesting and down to earth after the interview...not as douchy as before.
