Lauren Conrad Upset About Us Weekly Cover

Imagine walking away from an interview thinking about how great it came out only to find out that the magazine took a completely different angle to what your intentions were? That's what happened to Lauren Conrad during a recent sit down with Us Weekly. Lauren is so sick of the "poor me" story.  I guess the rags are trying to make her the new Jennifer Aniston. This is directly from her blog:

Hey! I just wanted to take a moment to clear something up. I recently did an interview to talk about the show coming back on and what everyone had to look forward to. Unfortunately it was turned into yet another "poor me" story. The article itself is a nice one but it follows headlines that, in no way, represent my words or feelings. I do not feel betrayed by Audrina or Brody. I love them both and said nothing to contradict this. I understand that headlines sell magazines, but I value my friendships above magazine sales any day. On a more positive note, I got to see some of the first episode yesterday and it looks amazing. I'm sooooooo excited for everyone to see Paris. Best wishes and I hope everyone tunes in Monday.

And in case you want to read a quote from the interview, here she is talking about her friends:

"I want to say I can always trust my good friends that I've had forever, but at the same time, some of my oldest friends have betrayed me," the Hills star reveals in the latest issue of Us Weekly, on newsstands now.
"At this point, I have to question every person that wants to have a relationship with me, whether it's a friendship or a romantic relationship," she tells Us.

Why she would trust Us Weekly to begin with is beyond me.

She is so overrated and needs to get over herself.
