Alicia Silverstone and a male friend went out to eat in the West Village for some healthy food. In my heart of hearts, I wish I wanted to eat so natural. But I can barely get myself to eat a salad! It's so funny because my son is still obviously eating jarred baby food and he LITERALLY eats so much healthier than I do! This morning he had sweet potatoes, peas and oatmeal while I had a Peach Snapple. Something's wrong here...

kosher meat does not involve processes like that-that is why when you go out to buy meat, you should purchase it at a whole foods or other natural grocerer. they treat thier animals humanely prior to the kill so you wont have to worry about procedures like that when you buy whole.its definately more expensive, but definately well worth the state of mind:). JMO...
Wow, I guess I am in the minority on this subject since I love a juicy steak and love meat. I believe that meat is very vital to our bodies.
hi Jen. Eating healthy doesn't mean you cannot eat meat. I think I eat pretty healthy most of the time, however, I do eat meat. I try to buy mostly organic meat though (e.g. at the farmer's market), to make sure animals were treated right and fed with propper food and not the crap they get in mass-farms. I think eating healthy isn't a difficult thing to do after all.
She is looking gorgeous and so is her friend. I love vegans. :)
