Here's a very healthy and beautiful Tara Reid as she arrived for, "A Sexy SoirÃ©e" inside Studio 54 in Las Vegas, Nevada. I actually think Tara looks great here and I even like her dress. It's very appropriate for the event without being trashy. What do you all think of her look?

I agree with the eyes.. but I say she just looks tired, not necessarily high. She is definatelly looking healthier than we have seen her in the past. Maybe she just needs to find a place in the shade and sleep for two weeks.
