I hope Nicole gets a trainer for exercising and a cook that will help her with eating healthy and properly. Nicole has all the resources available to her. Unfortuntally many females and some men have to battle their eating disorder alone and with little or no resources.

Mothers never call yourself fat in front of your daughters. Never put yourself down if front of your daughters. Never call your daughter fat. And please be a good example for her daughter by eating right most of the time, exercising, and having a positive attitude.

~so that means now that she is skinny and not "30 pounds or more over weight" that she is anorexic now? you make no fing sense, you cant have it both ways that she is either too chunky and now that she lost weight she is "anorexic"
~thats pretty sad that 70 % of Americans are over weight. get off your lazy a$$ and exercise or put down that fatty food!! its really NOT hard to stay slim!! people dont have self control is what the problem is!

1 percent of the US population are underweight and some can be seen as models and celebrities. Skinny means that one has poor eating habits or health problems. Most people in the 1 percent category are not naturally thin. Fit means that one practices a healthy life style by exercising, eating right, and maintaining a realistic weight for ones body type.

I hope you can understand my point now because you are obviously confused.

I eat right most of the time, have several daily desserts, and exercise 2-3 times a week. Overweight people tend to call me skinny and I correct them and tell them I am fit. People confuse skinny with being healthy and attractive.

I work full time but manage to volunteer as a mentor in an after school programs for pre-teen girls. We talk about good self esteem, practicing a healthy life style by eating right and exercising, positive role models, the importance of an education which include science and math, logic and critical thinking, nurturing friendships, the importance of hobbies and reading, and basically having a good heart.

if she was SO "anorexic" she would stop menstrating bc the body shuts down all other functions to concentrate on keeping the heart beating, so she wouldnt of been able to get pregnant!!! so she must not have been "anorexic"
