Jamie Lynn Spears Celebrates 17th Birthday

Jamie Lynn Spears turned 17 this past Friday and her fiance, Casey Aldridge took her out to Ruby Tuesday for a birthday dinner. Before that they did a little shopping at WalMart.  Looks like Jamie Lynn likes things a little bit more low key than her older sister...
