i dont think there is such a thing as average. as long as you eat healthy, exercise, and are not severely obese OR severely underwight and you are happy, then i think you are fine. people come in all different shapes and sizes, theres not one "average" for everybody.
i think that the kristin bell shoot was photoshopped that way for a reason to give it the same look as it would have had back then
