Cameron Diaz's Father Passes Away

It's a very sad day for Cameron Diaz. Her father has passed away from pneumonia at the young age of 58. My thoughts are with her today. His death was "shocking" because the family is reporting he was in "terrific health".

It is sad that this man died so young. He worked as forman in an oil company. You would think with all the millions Cameron has, she would retire her folks like Fergie did....all that money and her father had to work.

So sorry for her and her family. My dad also passed away suddenly and it was horrible. Something you never come to terms with, but learn to live with.

My dad passed 10 years ago at the age of 47,was sudden and so shocking:(( My heart is with them too,i know how much it hurts:((.

Maybe her father wanted to continue working. Some people with money refuse to just sit around doing nothing. I know I would be bored out of mind.

karla, I lost my dad last year at age 59. I, too, can relate to how she might be feeling right now. :(

Wonder if hes like so many other men and refuse to get treatment until it was too late? Seems such a silly thing to die of but it happens all the time. My sympathies to Cameron and her family.
