Gary Busey Evicted From His House

Gary Busey has been evicted from his home in Malibu because he owes $50,000 in back rent. The actor is refusing to pay up because he says that there are "unclean air conditioning vents," which are posing a health risk. Supposedly he's going public with his story tonight on Access Hollywood.
I'm sorry but I just have to wonder what's going on in this man's head sometimes...especially after the whole Oscar fiasco when he acted so nuts with Ryan Seacrest and Jennifer Garner. I'm a little scared of him. Wouldn't a better solution be to change the filters himself and deduct the cost from next month's rent? Call me crazy, but I wouldn't do something to risk an eviction.
