Katherine Heigl enjoyed a gorgeous sunny day in Los Angeles by having lunch with a few friends at the Vermont Restaurant. She loves those Level 99 jeans doesn't she? Doesn't it look like the perfect weather to drink a glass of wine and chat with friends?
