Ricki Lake Leaving The Ivy

Ricki Lake was photographed leaving The Ivy on Robertson Blvd yesterday with a "mystery" man. I'm curious what you all think of her dress? I actually tried it on and I HATED it on my body, but I loved the colors. Trapeze styled dresses always make me feel like I look pregnant. Some women can wear them and look good, but the style just doesn't work on me. :(

Could the guy possibly be her brother? Parts of his face, i.e. shape, chin, eyes, etc. look exactly like her.

rikki looks cute. yes trapeze is not really figure flattering , but if you find one and love the pattern or color. try it on with a belt. i let it free flow for a casual day time look with flat sandals, and then belt it with heels for night. cute :)

trapeze anything is a no no...same as the babydoll tops, etc. Oh no!

I think this type of dress looks good on someone with very slim girlish/boyish body. It does not look good on Ricki. It accentuates her mid section making it thicker and her legs that are better slightly covered.

I disagree about Rikki's legs. They are shapely, muscular legs...unlike the bean poles most actresses walk around on.
