While visiting Russia's capital, Paris Hilton decided to write "Paris Moscow 2008 - ² on the hotel's expensive wallpaper during a photoshoot. They fined her $16,000 and placed her on the "black list". GASP!

 A hotel spokesman says, "Miss Hilton ruined the wallpaper in the luxury suite. In such a case the client automatically goes on the black list."

Hilton was in Moscow to host Russia's MTV awards.WENN
