hahahahahaha Sorry – just had to laugh at that title. Poor Patrick Dempsey! His pecks aren’t large enough. Or so he thinks. It’s not like he has to worry about his legs, breasts, waist, hair, skin, lips, nails, make up, clothing and shoes. Ok, off my soap box. Here we go with the real story. Patrick is jealous of his co-star’s perfect pecs and he’s feeling the pressure to look good.
“I’m not (Grey’s Anatomy co-star) Eric Dane. He is in perfect shape. I definitely have pec envy. There’s a lot of pressure being a man in this town.” He adds, “People are seeing a fantasy. It’s not necessarily me, but it does help your ego. Look, I know TV is a visual medium, so of course I want to be in shape, but I don’t want to be ripped.”
This is great too. He has to tell his wife that he’s sexy 
“I let my wife know that I’m sexy all the time.”
