We all saw the transformation Jessica Simpson went through while dating John Mayer. And in this month’s Glamour, she admits to it saying she felt the need to be more artsy.Us Magazine has the break down.
“He reintroduced me to myself,” Simpson says. “I thought that I had to be deeper, more profound and more artsy. You change with the guys you date. Tony taught me that because he loves me [as me]. He made me feel comfortable [being myself] again,” she adds.
The magazine also brought up the football jinx rumor which Jessica says is just untrue.
“Everybody takes everything out on me! But that was ludicrous,” she says. “I don’t understand why they think that I would be a distraction to Tony. Do they really think he can see way far up in that box? No.”
Ludicrous? And what about hearing Tony had a crush on her before they met. Jessica thought that was GREAT since she found Tony very attractive.
“My family and I were watching a Cowboys game … and – ” Tony would die if I told you this – ” but [on TV there was a story] about him,” she says. “They said his celebrity dream crush was Jessica Simpson.”My family was like, ‘Did you just hear that?’” she goes on. “His picture came up, and I’m like, ‘He’s really cute.’ Then I heard [that I was his crush], and I’m like, ‘Oh my gosh!’”
Thankfully, Papa Joe was introduced to Tony a few years later and eventually emailed Jessica’s father.
“Tony e-mailed my dad, ‘Cute date.’ My dad was like, ‘Look what Tony said,’ Simpson says. “I said, ‘Give him my e-mail address. We’ll see if he’s good with words.’ Then he e-mailed me, and we flirted over e-mail and on the phone.”She says they got to know each other “by talking, which I think is the best way.”
First date? Just like anyone else, Jessica felt nervous and excited at the same time.
“I had butterflies that you would not imagine. I wanted to puke in the cup holder … It took me forever to put together an outfit!”
He tried to kiss her on their first date.
“I was taken aback…. The fact that this guy, on our first date, in the first 10 minutes of dinner, wanted to lean over the table and say, ‘This is my girl, and I want to kiss her’ — our first kiss in front of everybody — was awesome,” she says.
she hasn’t changed with every relationship except with John. at least that is what I think she is saying.

I just love the throw-away culture we have nowadays.
People always say stuff like; why is this person famous again, and its been a few years since this person has done anything. Intimating that they should go and throw themselves in a ditch if they seem like they don’t do as much as they used to career-wise.
You can’t just become unfamous you know. So what if she hasn’t had a hit in a while. So what if she’s trying to be an actress.

There are some really simply reasons why people dislike her.
1) She’s blonde
2) She’s a bit silly
3) She’s rich
4) She’s famous
5) She’s got big boobs and therefore she only got to where she is because of that fact and has no talent.
Elizabeth Taylor is still famous and she hasn’t acted in decades. You can’t just throw famous people away after a while it doesn’t work like that.

Awwwww….isn’t that just precious? Her dad pimps her career-wise and in the date department. I’m sure Joe is so proud of this creation, and her fugly sister, too!
Take Papa Joe out of the equation, and I kind of like Jessica. She seems simple and sort of sweet in a naive way. Will never understand why people give her such a hard time – did she do something horrible along the way that I missed? Or are people so upset because she and her husband got a divorce?
