Her features are so beautiful she is a gorgeous woman.
Looks like fat grafting by a very skilled doctor, nice volume and good retention helps bring back her youthful features and she doesn't look gaunt or pulled like a facelift causes. I've had several fat grafting surgeries by Dr. Law in Raleigh and it has done wonders. My situation was a little different though, I am 38 but had a traumatic experience last year where someone who was trying to remove sunspots with an IPL set it too high and destroyed my fat cells. Dr. Law literally rebuilt my face.
I agree with you precisely! Like you, I had f/g that literally restored my face--when I saw your post-I thought of MY doc, at first glance thinking LAM--I've never heard of your doctor-he sounds great, too!
That has to be good lighting cuz she does not usually look that good. At least not in the last 5 years or so.

She's glowing!! She looks amazing. I don't think it's plastic surgery, possibly some sort of dermabrasion or something to get her skin so nice. Both Madonna and Demi Moore look obviously worked on. Almost plastic like they are pulled too tight or something. She does have that Nicole Kidman super smooth forehead going on though. Doesn't matter what she did. She looks great.

I'm sure she's had botox, but so has every other celeb over age 25 (seriously, they start very young.) It's almost like they don't have a choice, they HAVE to get botox to keep up with every one else. It must suck to have that kind of pressure.

She must have had some sort of surgery. Last year in Cannes she looked completely different, although her being constantly drunk while there clearly didn't help the way she came across.
Am I the only one who thinks there's something odd going on with her lips when she smiles. Other than that I think she looks beautiful. I think she has always looked great but now she's just stunning. Plastic surgery or not, I want what she's having.

god she looks stunning. she was photographed a couple weeks ago looking really red and raw faced, like she had had a peel or something. like that scene in sex and the city when samantha has a peel and has to go to a large event. she hasnt messed too much with her eyes-you can make out some nice crows feet but they look good and appropriate on her, given her age. she really does look great though.
Her lips have injections, could be smoother, but definitely had a peel on her face. Time to do her chest at the same time. I just got a deep sea peel on Thursday, and like last time, had them do my chest at the same time. They have to match or it is your face lying and the chest telling the truth right below it, it wrecks the look.
But, hope I look that good at her age. My chest will match my face though lol. She had implants a while back, remember the beach shots?
STUNNING. Looks like peels and botox, not a face life. Madonna and Demi look lifted and prodded, Sharon doesnt. Then again Sharon was ALWAYS a looker Madonna and Demi never really were.
She definitely looks fatter in the face. It was the first thing I noticed when I saw the pics. She looks good either way tho. Heck its a fact of life that you age and your skin changes. Im glad to see a few hollywierd women not fight it as much as others.
She looks great...the hair is always....just not quite right...annoys me to no end...she should really hire the stylist she used in Catwoman...short hair can be tricky.
I think she used Spam grease. It does wonders for the skin...you should try it! Either that or a combination of urea and blubber.
I agree completely with Cassandra--I had facial fat grafting with Dr. Samuel Lam in Dallas. It was exactly what I needed--I wasn't sagging, just bone-thin in my face. He gave me back my volume. If you find the right doctor, this procedure can do wonders. It is within reach of most people--you just have to know what it is. I would bet a huge sum that fat grafting is EXACTLY what this beautiful woman has undergone.
