Lily Allen Celebrates Her 23rd Birthday!

Lily Allen celebrated her 23rd birthday at a hotel in London with her family and wore a white dress with bare feet. She was photographed smoking outside with her dad (Keith Allen) when the cake arrived. It was a very simple, cute cake with blueberries lined up in the shape of an L. :) I love the idea of a long white dress and I even like the feathered headband, but I'm curious what you all think of her dress?

You know, I think she looks really cute and innocent in that dress, and the blonde is even starting to grow on my a little but (although I do prefer the brunette color) however the cigarette in her hand does kinda throw off the wholesome theme, but ohwell, whatever floats her boat!
