paris hilton is an ignorant, inconsiderate human being. not spaying and neutering, probably not vaccinating, training, providing exercise, etc etc. she shouldn’t even be allowed to own animals. not to mention that she is supporting puppy mills. dogs from pet stores come from puppy mills. i dont know why people cant seem the understand that.
