But, it's not all sunshine and roses. Angelina has had some serious health scares during this pregnancy.
Whether it's twin girls or not, I wish Angelina the best. Pregnancy scares and complicated births are no laughing matter.
"Brad can't wait - ” he absolutely adores little girls. And Angelina just loves seeing him and the other kids so excited and happy."
But, it's not all sunshine and roses. Angelina has had some serious health scares during this pregnancy.

i know she's naturally thin, but she needs to get a little nourishment and then maybe she won't be passing out... twins or not! i want to hope that they are great parents, but it kind of creeps me out that they just "collect" babies.

Hey people, you dont have to NOT EAT to pass out while pregnant. I had severe anemia (a NATURAL occurance for some women while pregnant) and nearly passed out every day. She's carrying twins which means the demands on her body for iron and many other nutrients is double. It wouldnt be uncommon for a woman carrying twins to have issues with that, especially right after getting out of bed.
If she truly weren't eating, she'd have likely had a miscarriage by this point. THATS a side effect of not eating while pregnant. :P
I'm with Callie. Let's not forget that Angelina is travelling with a doctor and nurse, who -- I'm guessing -- would never jeopardize their own careers by allowing their celebrity patient to starve herself. It just doesn't make sense. She has access to the best care money can buy -- I'm going to assume she's actually taking their good advice by taking care of herself.
I don't know if shes having twins, she just recently ackowledged that she was pregnant...Personally, I don't care if she has a whole littler....would save her time and energy if she did, then she wouldn't have to adopt any more kids.
also, she said shiloh was a blob when she was just a baby and hadn't shown any signs of a personality yet. the reporter was the one to suggest the word 'blob'..

She had trouble getting pregnant in the first place, according to reports, and was seeing a fertility dr. I think that's where the twin rumors got started. I think this was probably a test tube baby, and it's a boy.
During her last pregnancy she looked gorgeous. I think it was a natural conception. If the rumors are true that she was seeing fertility doctors, then she might be having twins, because it often happens through artificial insemination. Judging on the photos that are available for this pregnancy she does not look very good and looks very tired. Plus these comfortable but huge ugly tents she is wearing do not add to the look at all. When pregnant with Shiloh I loved how she was dressing up.

WoW, alot of animosity here. Having had 3 children of my own, passing out is not uncommon. There are a mulitude of reasons why this can happen. I agree she does look tired but my gosh she has 4 children plus she works. I was a stay at home had 1 child and I looked tired and haggard too, and you know why? Because I actually was tired!! I think peeps should cut her some slack twins or not.

She's not having twins. That's already been discredited. She is having one. I can't stand this woman and she has ruined Brad. Go to another country and never be heard from again already! Poor Shiloh finally will have a sibling she can play with since the others are always with her parents.
Also no passing out during pregnancy does not mean she is not eating. It has to do with jumping up from bed to fast and blood rushing to your head. That happens during pregnancy and I passed out 2 times doing the same thing.
Yes, she's really having twins. She actually confirmed it herself. But I don't really believe it's twin girls unless they confirm it themselves. People are just dumb making it up. I think it's boy and girl, and I really hope they are wrong cuz I'm truly wishing for them to have a son, at least one, so I can see how a biological son of theirs would look, as we already know how a girl looks by just seeing the glamorous Shiloh!!
