Hilary Duff Shopping In The Meatpacking District

We already saw pictures of Hilary and her boyfriend Mike on the same day, but I wanted to post these as well since it's a different set.Hilary Duff was photographed shopping in the Meatpacking District at Artsee Eyewear and Scoop the other day looking very cute and trendy in a striped top and cut offs. I almost always love what Hilary wears and she's definitely on my list of favorite celebrities to go shopping with, but what do you guys think of her outfit here? How about the graphic print purse?

Oh yes an over priced purse is simply fabulous for the elite 3 percent that make $250,000 or more a year. The sad thing is there are the other 70 percent of Americans that cannot afford the purse, but worship celebrities and are willing to get into credit card debt for over priced items like a Prada purse.
I like her casual outfit. LOVE the purse... I think Jennifer Love Hewitt has the same one... So jealous:)

But she does look nice in this photo. However the belt isn't doing much for me.
this shirt needs to be a fashion find. it is FABULOUS!!
I like the look. I'm not too crazy about the bag but it ends up working well with the whole outfit. I'm also a bit on the fence about the shirt. This is definately a great casual look, but the bust of the shirt bothers me a little.
