Simon is not mean, he's HONEST. If people can't take constructive criticism, they shouldn't be in this business. Plain and simple. By the way, his mom is adorable! But whoah, what's with Simon's man boobs??

Absolutely right #1, Simon isn't mean, he is totally honest. If you want to make it in showbiz then you better start growing a thick skin. Some of the people who come and audition think they know it all, they are better than "Mariah and Madonna" and then when Simon tells them that they can't sing they start freaking out, swearing and yelling.
