NO WAY!!! I wondered when Lauren was being friends with her so I'm glad you have a good opinion of Stephanie.
I saw the pictures when she was arrested for Meth - and I have to say, I'm sure she is sweet and kind, etc.... but at the same time, drug addicts are some of the most deceitful people alive, and that doesnt disappear overnight. Oh and I'm sure her mom loves seeing her hang out at every bar in L.A. on the show, since she was arrested for drugs and wants to appear cleaned up.
That's so exciting that you got to meet everyone! Stephanie does seem very sweet. She's very pretty too! Hard to believe she's related to Spencer...
Stephanie is doesn't seem nice at all. I thought it was kind of ridiculous when she was questioning Spencer on how much turkey he was using in his sandwich. What kind of sister is that. She was not nice to her own brother. I can't stand Spencer but little things that she does just shows her true colors. She's probably only trying to be friends with Lauren for the attention and time on the show.

And good for her for coming out on top of the destructive illness of addiction! Having the support of her mother, I'm sure, has helped her to manage.
aw leave her alone i was a heroin addict and im sorted now people can and do change nobodies perfect. Leave her alone ppl are just jealous
