Brooke Hogan Breaks Down On MySpace Page About Her Brother

"A lot of lies were told in that trial. Believe me. And it wasn't from us. I know most of the public thinks my brother is some rich little selfish kid, but no one knows the real story and I'm really pi**ed that the truth didn't come out from either side. I'm not going to be outspoken right now, but if some s*&^ doesn't start getting straightened out, a lot of people are going to eat their words for lying.

here are the FACTS: your borther is not 21 years old, he was not only drinking but DRUNK and DRIVING!!!!!!!!!!! and because of that he was speeding! as a result he damn near killed some one.
what else doe we need to know?
I dont care if shes selfish, donates his clothes to the poor or whatever. He messed up and needs to serve his time. I actually would be happy if he served more time in the prison.
What he did was really stupid irresponsible, reckless and obviously dangerous.
If she had all this proof and all this backup, why didn't she give it to Nick's attorney. She's stupid.
ID be upset too if that happened to any of my siblings. Ya then where are the truths? Why werent they presented? If there were you know damn well his lawyer would get him out of this. He IS a spoiled little shi% who thinks he can do anything he wasnts just bc his dad is Hulk Hogan and is a celbrity! Brooke the transvestite thinks the same way. He fed up BIG time! Some poor guy is now a VEGETABLE because of his RECKLESS driving and decsions! He is lucky for only getting 7 months! He should have gotten a lot more! He needs to stop acting like a big ole titty baby and man up to what he did! I am disgusted that the Hogan thinks they can get away with practically murder! I feel so sorry for the family of the boy who is bascially a veggie!

Sounds to me like she's a bit put off because the singing career her Daddy purchased for her didn't pan out.
Piss on her brother. He got off light. She should just shut the hell up.
He should have gotten more time. He was street racing and doing so while drunk, that's so reckless. He could have killed anyone that was unfortunate enough to be on the road with him that night.
Here in Toronto we have a new law against speed racing, if you're caught going over 50 kmph over the speed limit they impound your car and charge you a minimum of 2000 dollars and suspend your license, and you're not allowed to appeal.
The first weekend it came into law there were a lot of teenage boys crying because they got Moms car impounded, but they learned a lesson I hope.
??I dont get it?? Was he NOT under age drinking and driving? Didn't almost damn near KILL someone? Should he NOT be punished for that? What kind of lie OR truth would've gotten him out of something that he obviously did? Smh... :-|

Nick and Brooke are spoiled shizs who think they dont have to answer to anyone and can do whatever they want. Even Linda was caught on videa with Brooke in their whote mercades yelling at people next to them trying to race.
They are just white trash that happens to have money!
Even though this was Nick's own doing, it has to be extremely hard for his family to see him go to jail.
The only thing that would change my opinion is if the passenger had a gun to Nick's head before the race.
Brooke is just angery her brother is going to jail. Of course she would stick up for him. But the facts are facts. I'm actually surprised they gave him jail time. He deserved it.

She is referring to what was said by the other family at the court. That Nick didn't care about the passenger (forgot his name) and the Hogan's have not been helping out.
They have been paying all the medical bills and the passenger practiacally lived at their house and spent all his time with Nick before the wreck. He is all over 'Hogan Know's Best' - even on vacations. The family is making the Hogan's out to be bad guys so they can sue them in the future.
Also, Nick and the passenger have BOTH raced cars in the street before. They are known for it. Who is to say the passenger was not telling him to go faster? Why wasn't he wearing a seat belt knowing that Nick was racing?
Nick definitely did wrong - no doubt - and is getting an easy sentence compared to what the passenger must go through for the rest of his life. However, he did not intentionally want to hurt his best friend and I am sure he regrets it. It doesn't make him a monster.
Any one of us could be in a situation - ANY situation - where we hurt someone else unintentionally because we made a bad decision. Even going 10 miles above a speed limit could do damage. Nobody here has ever sped with a passenger in the car? Please.
Try to remember with ANY Hollywood situation - you are only seeing one part of the story - you will never see all sides.

Brooke Does have a lot of truth in what she says. If you were to know the whole situation then you would understand. Does anyone know that graziano first wasn't wearing his seatbelt. Do they know before Graziano had a Camaro that he enjoyed to have fun with against other people. YOu guys got to understand when we were all young we all went through our younger years messing around. I will be the first to admit with my muscle car we used to race down the country roads and other roads all the time. Traffic wasn't as bad but still i/we can't judge. Does Anyone know how much the Bolleas really helped the Grazianos family out before the whole thing happened. They didn't help the dad but the mom and John a lot. More in a sense of helping John out in life with his family problems. Does Mr. Graziano mention that during a big part of Johns life he wasn't even living in Florida but up north in Jersey running his Funeral Home, and to top it all off it wasn't a safe enviroment when he did come home to florida. I am not going to get into those details but anyways. I believe though that Nick is at fault as much as John is, and i also believe that god has a plan for all and everything will work out for the best.
Brooke is implying that John did not get along with his family especially his father. So what. Who cares how much time or how many nights he spent at the Bollea's house. Are they the ones who spends 24/7 with him today? Prior to court they have all been In Los Angeles, New York and Miami living it up. No. the facts are, Nick was drinking and driving. Racing from light to light with his buddies. Yes John did not have his seat belt on but ultimately Nick was the driver and he was responsible for his passengers. To me 8 months does not sound like a lot of time considering that John with spend a lifetime with part of his brain removed and never being able to come out of his coma state. Any of you who think poor Nick, he is doing COUNTY JAIL time and is being kept separate from the other inmates and is getting special work details. Most, if not all 17 years if tried in adult court are NOT kept separate, more special treatment just like all the warnings and tickets for speeding and not losing his license. Not all Nick's fault, parents also to blame along with the State of Florida.
As the mother of two teenagers I feel that mom and dad Hogan is to blame. Where was the punishment when Nick bought home the FIRST speeding ticket? (I understand there has been plenty) If they had been parents and given punishments for what he did before hand maybe he would have used a little common sense when faced with another challenge. When my 18 year old came home with a speeding ticket she lost her PRIVELAGE to drive a car that I insure, had to work and pay for the ticket herself, and even at 18, living at home with me while going to school, she was put on restrictions. Parents must set boundaries for their children. As far as Brooke- Be glad you can visit your brother in jail after a really bad night on the highway. I have to visit my brother's grave after a really bad night on the highway. Parents-teach your children not to get in the car with someone who is drinking no matter what age! Vsit MADD, put a face and name on the dead kids that did get in the car with a drunk. Show them it can happen to them before it happens to them.
First off there was no trial!!! Nick changed pled guilty after saying he was innocent!!! He chose to plead Guilty instaed of going to trial where he could have gotten as much as 5 yrs in State Prison. I live in Florida myself. Yes he was driving under the influence and driving like an idiot. But John shares as much blame for getting in the car and not WEARING HIS SEAT BELT!!! Nicks side had far more damage done. He had to be cut out of the car but he was wearing a seat belt. John knew Nicks driving was and that they had both been drinking!!! Granted Nick was driving but ultimately John made the decision to get in the car and not wear his seat belt as he has rode with Nick numerous times before. John was very close to the Family. It's sad it happend yes. Nick should not have a DL in the first place as his prior tickets. Terry should have kicked his ass a long time ago and taken the car after the first speeding tickets. AS far as Brooke shut the hell up nick chose to plea and there was no trial, like I said had he gone to trial he could have gotten as much as 5yrs. Anything 1 yr and over and he would have got sent to big boy STATE PRISON and he would really be crying like a little bitch more than he is now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i just don't understand...Everyone makes mistakes in this world. NO ONE is perfect. we can all strive for perfection but it is not going to happen. What i don't get is what the Hogans are failing to realize that Nick messed BAD and yes he deserves to have a punishment and serve it out. It upsets me that Linda can honestly say that the mother of the victim is not sad and she is the one suffering. That is a selfish and evil and vindictive thing that she said and she needs to apoloize to that family. Who gives a damn if he didn't get along with his family-what teenager does 100%? but that dooesnt make what nick did okay. The Hogans need to let Nick serve his time and stop acting like the world is going to end because nick is locked up. he needs to face reality.
the bollea family are a classic example of too much money, too little education and no conscious. when are you american's going to stop rewarding and idolizing trash like this.
