Renee Zellweger was strolling through Central Park wearing her iPod and enjoying the gorgeous day. Walking outside is SO much more enjoyable to me then walking inside a gym. There is something invigorating and yet peaceful about sunshine, people, and air. Which do you prefer?
Two days ago I was driving through Central Park attempting to get to the American Museum Of Natural History. In the beginning, I was zipping by just trying to get to where I needed to be. But after a moment, I slowed down and took it all in. Being from NY, I tend to take things for granted. The ride was so beautiful and the park was filled with life. Runners, bikers, children, people on their lunch break, tourists – it was really something.

I love walking too! I walk during my lunch break. You see all these business people taking walks too. Women in their suits with sneakers on.
I just love walking outside among crowds, it’s energizing! Yeah, Renee is looking great! She doesn’t seem receptive of the cameras, though.
During the summer unless it is raining then I don’t even get on my treadmill. I do all of my walking outside. However, I am deathly afraid of stray dogs, but I do carry my pepper spray. I like Renee better in this setting than when she is posing on the red carpet, because she over does the posing. She very rarely looks human anymore so this is refreshing.
Just relocated to NYC, love it !! NY is my gym !!
she should wear a caustion sign, as not to look directly at her sourpuss face!
