So the rumors were TRUE! Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz got married this weekend! Ashlee wore an ivory white Monique Lhuillier wedding gown with a diamond necklace by Neil Lane.
"We’re delighted to confirm that Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson were
married this evening in front of family and close friends," said the
spokesperson

As for the reception – it was Alice in Wonderland themed.
The Alice in Wonderland themed reception featured a wedding
cake by Sam Godfrey of Perfect Endings with a top hat, tea pot, stop
watch and a pot of flowers on top. The elaborate centerpieces of black
beauty roses were by Mark’s Garden. Guests were served Rose Veuve
Clicquot champagne followed by a sit-down dinner and dancing to a
deejay.

bassist for Fall Out Boy, have been linked since the fall of 2006, when
they were spotted kissing at a New York nightclub.

i used to hate ashlee for dating pete wentz but now i have come to terms with the couple and i wish them a happy marriage, and that they have a beautiful baby together, after all, everyone deserves happiness…

What really puts me off this whole marriage thing, which is a serious event in everyone’s life, is the fact that they got married by perv dad Joe who pimps his daughters out, who’s commented more than once in public about Chestica’s boobs. Had that been my dad, I’d have severed ties look ago. It’s creepy and he’s a hypocrite.
Their money-making publicity circus is fast running out of acts. They’ve done the engagement, played the “Am I pregnant?” game for as long as possible, and had the wedding. Obviously photos will be sold. All they’ve got left is to have the baby and pimp out the photos of that. Then what are they going to do for money? Hope they invest the money well, because they haven’t got much else to offer.

I couldn’t believe it when I heard that they were married already, I am sooo happy for them and I think that people saying and hoping that the marriage will not last are clearly jealous….I hope it does last because they are a sweet couple and I really think Pete will be an awesome Daddy
