Scarlett Johansson - Too Much Of A Diva For Cannes?

According to British newspaper the Daily Mail, Scarlett Johansson didn't attend the red carpet premiere of Woody Allen's latest, Vicky Cristina Barcelona, because her diva demands weren't met. Does this sound like Scarlett?
The demands included but were not limited to:
** Hiring a $8,000 a day make-up artist
** Opting for a suite 30 miles away from the rest of the cast including Penelope Cruz and Woody.Â
A source tells the publication, "While Woody’s terribly fond of Scarlett, he was a little upset that she wasn’t being a team player." Eh? I don't know about this one. Scarlett seems so down to earth! But then again, Hollywood can do that to a person.

You can never be certain, but it doesn't seem to fit the way she has presented herself this far.

I don't buy this crap. Maybe it was a schedule issue, or because she can't stand P.Cruz as I've read somewhere. I wouldn't want to be close to that media whore, I understand her..
I believe ALL of it. I can't STAND that self-absorbed, egomaniacal, talentless jackhole. Oh, and if you need EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS a DAY to make yourself look presentable, that's pathetic! She probably just didn't want to be upstaged by gorgeous Penelope the way she was by Natalie Portman a few months back. Oh, P.S.: I hope Alanis is laughing her ASS off at ScarJo's pathetic attempt at "music"!!
Wow, eight thousand dollars for a makeup artist?! What, a modest amount of makeup can't cover that nosejob she had up? She's so full of herself, good they rebuffed her demands. She should stick to her day job and leave the music business.

Actually, I read (and I believe it) that Scarlett and Penelope dislike each other intensely. Penelope complained that she wasn't being paid as much money as Scarlett is (they are costars in a movie), and this caused a lot of tension on set. So, Scarlett probably wanted as far away from Penelope as possible, including hotel location, and hair & makeup people.
I actually heard the same story, though it was PENELOPE who was being paid more than Scarlett (you know, because P's been around way longer, has been nominated for Oscars and whatnot, and actually has talent and people like her?), so Scarlett got all pissy. I can TOTALLY see it.
True Penelope is a bigger star so she was probably paid more.Actually Scarlett acting is not very good whereas Penelope is a great actress.
This sort of behaviour develops, particularly when a person so young, has very quick success and the money which goes with it. Immaturity causes them to start believing the hype which was used to promote them on their way up. Unfortunately, Ms Johansson does not have the talent nor the breadth of experience to get away with diva behaviour. If she develops the reputation of being difficult, the work will dry up as she will be seen as a risk, and that means losing money. After all, isn't that what the movie business is all about - the actors are just a means to an end? There are plenty of big-boobed, blonde bimbos in line ready to take her place. Her recent foray into music would be another indication of an over-inflated assessment of her own talent. Her singing was woeful.
Since when was Scarlett down to earth? I've never liked her at all or thought she had a special talent. Nor do I think she's pretty. She needs to get over herself and realize that she actually is just average.
#2 There is an A- film actress filming a movie with a B+ actress and they haven't spoken an unnecessary word to each other on the set of their latest movie. Seems the two don't see eye to eye on many issues and can't stand each other. The last straw was that the A- actress felt that the B+ actress was hijacking the movie by threatening to not do the part unless she got more money and perks than the A- actress. The B+ actress told everyone that she was the better actress, and definitely worth more to the film. The B+ actress didn't get the extra dough, but made a bad relationship even worse. Penelope is the A- film actress and Scarlett the B+actress. I can't stand Scar anymore she is not even talented she needs to get over herself.
