Happy as can be, Lily Allen joked around outside a pub in Central London. Here she is dancing in the street and laughing with onlookers. Ah to be young and free and drunk. How do we feel about her floral jumpsuit? No, that's not a real question. :)

I really think this girl needs to go to rehab.

Although I don't always appreciate her antics I think Lily Allen breathes some fresh air into the standard celebrity scene. She's just acting as many girls her age in the UK do, myself included wen I was that age. Let's face it, she's not like this all the time, it's just that she only gets press when she is so that's all we get to see. She's just letting lose sometimes.

Why is everyone saying rehab?! Like why?? Because she's maybe had some drinks?? Like common, she's young. I'm 20 and when I'm away at university I drink all the time too! It's what a lot of us kids do. I bet some of you would be saying I should go to rehab for drinking once or twice (sometimes three times!) weekly. All in moderation!
Just because she's acting a bit happy why assume she is drunk, maybe she's just in a good mood ;-) At least she looks better then infested looking Winehouse although I'm not terribly keen on the blond look on her!
