Here's Milla Jovovich at the Cannes premiere for 'The Palermo Shooting' premiere. It has a very different cut doesn't it? What are your feelings about the entire outfit, hair included? She does look like she feels good in it though.

I looove it! too many actors make safe choices, she's in France home of Couture and she's tall and slender. the color is funky/modern. The shoes are super cute too the hair/makeup/posture--not so good though
