I guess for now this is as much of a confirmation as we’ll ever get. Lindsay Lohan’s dad, Michael Lohan told UsWeekly that Lindsay and Samantha Ronson’s relationship "is evident to anyone with half a brain." Of course, as a father he’d rather look the other way.
"Just like the [topless] Marilyn Monroe spread,
Linds is my daughter and there are just some things a father doesn’t
want to see or hear, regardless of whether they are true or false."
He added that Lindsay,
"is a big girl, and she can make her own life choices. Then it is between her and God."
And, like always, Michael had to say something about Dina Lohan. Those two are like Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen…they just won’t quit badmouthing each other!
"Maybe her mother’s life revolves around the tabloids and reports,
but mine doesn’t. I am into setting a good example and
doing good things that don’t deceive or exploit my kids. But I will say this: While we were a family, you never even saw or heard a negative thing about any of us. But since the separation, look at everything that has happened!"
You know, maybe his intentions are good, but doesn’t it make you wonder? If he hates the press so much then why is he always talking to them?

*Updated again: The Daily Star says that Lindsay has been saying that she and Sam are getting married.While they’re not necessarily the most reliable source, she has been spotted wearing a possible engagement ring.
Vera, why did you write “of course, as a father he’d rather look the other way”? would you have said that if she were dating a man? i’d be happy if my daughter found a partner who loved and supported her, regardless of that person’s gender.
I was wondering the same thing, elindse1! When I read “of course, as a father he’d rather look the other way,” I was a bit confused. Granted I think Lohan has issues and I am not necessarily a fan. But I don’t think the father should “look the other way” just because his daughter is dating a woman!
What’s the big deal? Who cares what her sexual orientation is?
To be fair to Vera and being a father of a daughter, what choice does a father have but to ‘look the other way’ when his grown child is doing something he doesn’t quite approve of. OK, that said, I think they live off the drama of their children. A decent parent would just keep his / her mouth shut about their children. He’s not the father of the year, that’s for sure.
I think she meant as a father he’d look the other way in order to see not see ANYTHING sexual that Lindsay’s doing, man or woman! No dad wants to think about their daughter having sex, regardless of gender.Â

I honestly feel bad for all the Lohan kids, Lindsay included. They didn’t have a chance with crazy parents like Michael and Dina.
I grew up with more messed up parents than Lohan. At some point in an adults life they have to come to terms with their bad behavior and want to fix it or continue with the same recklace behavior.

I would be really happy if for one day – no one week (at least) – no one mentioned this has been crack head. She is not talanted and has a horrible character. She’s old enough to notice that and change that, but she refuses to. She isn’t worthy of attention. No one wants to work with her anymore, so why blog about her?

I watched Living Lohan for the first time earlier and that is the WORST show I have seen. The mom is fake as a 4 dollar bill and Ali is nothing but a drama llama trouble maker. I can’t believe I sat through 30 minutes of that crap. If I was that Jeremy dude I would run far away and never look back. It’s evident that Ali acts like that because her mother does. Dina is more interested in what the tabloids say about her than anything else. Grr I am mad at myself for even watching that sh*t. Moreover, I can believe I am setting here posting about it.
