I am listening RIGHT now as you posted this. LOL I found it on a radio station's website. I have NEVER been a fan of Jessica's. But I will admit that she's NAILED it here. I truly think country is IT for her! :) I'm not a huge country fan but will definitely be buying this.

The thing that irks me is that if you are going to put it on the site..make it available for purchase. Strike while the iron is hot, kwim? People are hearing it, loving it (some of us LOL), then let them buy it NOW. The excitement might fizzle off waiting til September for it.... just sayin'.

Oh god, I just HATE country twang. Sorry, maybe it's because I'm not American, but I seriously don't understand how anyone can like this type of music. It's that twang in the background, what instrument is that? Simply dreadful. She should give it up already.
I actually like it! and i was never a big fan of her other music.. she should stick with country.
I am no fan of country music, but perhaps the country fans will like this song. It sounds like she has been taking voice lessons because her voice actually has improved or it is just good sound equipment that has improved her voice. She looks nice as a brunette. A lot of women feel they must be blonde to improve their looks.

She is not a country singer and I am not impressed at all. What will be next for her when this doesn't work? She couldn't make it as a pop artist, she sucks at acting and when all else fails, she turns to country music as her last resort. Her and "papa joe" are desperate. The only reason she is still in the media is because papa joe keeps arranging story lines for her. It is only a matter of time before Tony dumps her for good. Wonder what joe will do then to get her media coverage. Maybe she will get pregnant like her sister did. I've always thought she was fake and always will.
I don't like country, at all. But its not too bad.

That twang you hear is made by a pedal steel guitar. Actually, it can be used for good rather than evil. I have heard a recording of Pachalbel's Canon performed on this this and was very good. I know a guy who plays it and does jazz and swing tunes.
It's not horrible. It's A LOT better than her other songs when she makes up sounds that aren't even part of the English language.

It's a bad mix. The vocals are cold and the sound needs tweaking, that being said I think it's pretty good for what it is.
I don't like Irish country music, and I don't like American country music, but I LOVE this song. Jessica has a fantastic voice.
I remember her 1st hit 'i wanna love you forever', I loved it, it highlighted her vocal talent perfectly. But then, over the years, she was given the wrong songs to sing, that's why, in my opinion, her pop career failed.
I don't get it when some people say she doesn't have talent, she's a simpson. She DOES have talent, she can't act but she has a very, very powerful voice, reminds me of an early 90's Mariah. Ashlee is the talentless simpson.
I hope this album is a hit for Jessica, people are always saying nasty things about her and she doesn't deserve it. She is a very gifted singer.
Wow! I didn't think she could suck any more than she did, but she does. Maybe she and Papa Pimpson should work on an incestuous porno tape together, to go with these lame-ass hillbilly tunes she's doing.

I really think she should have started with country first. This is the best sound for her voice.
I don't like Jessica Simpson, and I am DEFINITELY not a fan of country, but I think this is actually pretty good. Her voice sounds wonderful, and it definitely sounds country.
She tries too hard. I do not like this song. I use to think she could sing but in the last few years she has released some bad songs. I hope the rest of her cd is better that this. Sound like she is screaming to me.

This song is not country. It's more pop with a little bit of country guitar thrown in to make it sound country. That's probably the reason all you country non fans like it, because it isn't. I don't hate the song, I'm just saying it is definitely not country.
