SO happy to hear this! After being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer this year, Patrick began treatment...and so far, it's going well! The cancer doesn't seem to be stopping him from living his life. He said,
"Thought I'd give you guys a little update. Lisa and I have been back and forth from New Mexico enjoying the arrival of spring and new baby calves. This past weekend, we spent a fun time with friends in Reno for Lisa's birthday, where I took her jewelry shopping at Kenny G & Company and (we) were able to find her something really special and much deserved! In the meantime, I am continuing treatment at Stanford and the great news is I continue to respond well."
I just hope he is able to make a full recovery!

I've seen pictures of him still smoking after his diagnosis.... that can't be a help to recovery. :( I hope he does well!! I love Patrick
Please tell me you're mistaken. He cannot still be smoking. Not when he has pancreatic cancer. Oh my.
I am so hopeful that he pulls through this. And as for the smoking, although I find it a nasty habit, the stress from quitting would be far greater of a strain on his body at the moment. I wish him all the best...
wishing him well
WONDER FUIL NEWS! Hes in my prayers!
I'm gald he is doing well, it's so wonderful when you have your patner of so many years by your side. Lisa and Patrick have been together forever. You can see how much they love each other, if only I can be that lucky. I hope these too people grow old together well into their 90s.
I had a relative pass away from pancreatic cancer and it's a monster. I hope he is able to overcome this, I wish him nothing but the best.
I wish him the very best, I really hope he pulls through. I have liked him since he starred as Orry Main in the mini series 'North & South', about the American Civil War, my favourite series ever. He and Lisa are such a nice couple, they must have one of the longest marriages in Hollywood.
Another Texas-born superstar. Gawd, I love this man. Please get well, Patrick. Fave Swayze flick: "Point Break" Also starring Keanu Reeves! Swayze is undeniably awesome in that. My husband's favorite Swayze flick is "Road House." Imagine that!
his wife is so cute, they make an adorable couple and have been together forever. i hope he makes it!
I have a very high regard for Stanford. They created the chemo drug protocol called Stanford V (five) that treated his Hodgkins and saved his life. I hope they do well for Swayze too!
I love Patrick Swayze and I really hope the treatment works to its full potential for him.
When I was going through something similar, the last thing I would want is people trying to get my picture all of the time...outside of the clinic etc. Some respect! It's his choice to smoke. Leave the man alone.
