Tom Cruise And Katie Holmes Are Having A House Warming Party

What better way to make new friends than to throw a housewarming party? How fun! Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have decided to put together a small cocktail party (invite only) for their neighbors at their new Beverly Hills mansion. Their invitation read:
“Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise invite you to share an evening in their new home, Saturday, May 31, 8:30 p.m., at home, Beverly Hills.”
Looks like this weekend is the big soiree.

How old is this picture????
I thought she was going by "Kate Cruise" but I noticed on a photo from Suri's Birthday gift bags and now your post's quote that she seems to still be going by "Katie Holmes" hmm, guess Tom couldn't swing the grown up name like he wanted....
i was just going to post the same thing!
Not only is she going by Katie Holmes and NOT Kate Cruise, but Katie's name is first on the invite - I would have thought they'd be an old-school couple when it came to the husband's name being listed first. I wonder if this was her own silent little victory (as lame a victory as it would be).
