Christina Aguilera Threw Sex And The City Party

I'm telling you, celebrities are just as obsessed with Sex and the City as we are! Christina Aguilera hosted a big SATC movie party for her friends this past weekend. It was a surprise party for her best friend Steve, held at the Abbey in West Hollywood. She even served,
"a cake designed with two Manolo Blahnik high heels made of sparkling sugar."
Plus, the champagne cocktails were named after characters from the movie, so people were drinking "Carries" all night long! And, the best part of it all...the waiters were shirtless!
I don't know about you but when I think of Christina and SATC, one thing comes to mind....that hilarious video she did spoofing Samantha on SNL!!! Who else remembers that?

Sorry Ellie, I would much rather spend my quality time with my children than going out getting stupid drunk every night. Anyone can go out, but some people choose not to. I take it that you don't have any children? Like I said in another thread, it's not a crime to go out every now and then but it seems like xtina spending an awful lot of time partying and getting drunk.
Umm...can everyone be nice to each other. ;) I think what Ellie was trying to say was that it may seem like every night but people aren't exactly taking pictures of her when she is sitting home spending time with her family. We don't know what she does during the day or every other night she is not photographed. This is also their job to be photographed and keep in the limelight. If no one is taking pictures no one is watching your movies or buying your albums. We have short attention spans.
I agree with Ellie, if Xtina wants to go out & party, it's her choice. Oh heads up people - Today is Jordan's bday so expect to see pics of them partying tomorrow. Moving on - i love Xtina but I hate her SATC fondness. *sigh* That spoof of Xtian playing Samantha lives on my PC ;0)

Anyone who feels right in personally insulting someone who is stating an opinion needs a reality check... This is what small children do because they are unable to express themselves properly...... and only know to lash out at the person who is causing them upset... The media shows us what it wants too... I dont see pictures of Christina every single day... You see them when she is out in public... think about it for two seconds :P
