While I don't always love what Mischa Barton wears to events, I will say this...I always look forward to new pictures of her to see what clothes she has on. She keeps me interested and on my toes. :) What are your thoughts on this lacy feminine dress paired with tennis shoes?

Sometimes I swear that certain celebrities TRY to wear mis-matched outfits that look totally ridiculous. In my opinion she is one of them. I don't think I've ever liked anything this girl has EVER worn.
Her hair is plain, she wears weird clothes, and to me, seems to have no personality. She seems very strange to me. I hate to even say this, but what in the world made her a celebrity in the first place??? I seriously don't even know!!!!!!!!
