Hilary Duff was spotted leaving Papoos Hot Dog Stand after enjoying breakfast with a few friends in Los Angeles yesterday. Hilary is sporting the perfect "thrown together" look and for her it works.

With her confidence seems she can pull of anything most of us wouldn't dare! I LOVE the shoes! The rest was over-done.

I have never been a big fan of shorts like these however I think Hillary looks quite chic (despite the fact I am the only one here who thinks so). :) I love a lightweight scarf in the summer.
I agree with you. I think she looks cute! Not something I would wear but I definitley think she pulled it off.

I think she's hiding the bigger set of chichi's she appears to have under there... Just a theory though...
Celebrities think they are great. therefore they think they can wear anything and not look stupid.. not the case. That being said, she at least has class, not like some others her age who will remain nameless....

I can never figure out why they wear scarfs in 80 an 90 degree weather. Even light-weight scarfs would make me sweat!

Actually, common sense dictates that you DO wear a scarf and as much sun protection as you can. As much as you can get. I wouldn't lay her out, because for a Spy she'd probably drop me dead on a dime. Execute me in broad daylight. Her Spy is The Man, and The Man Is The Badass Of WHACK!
