Fashion risk taker Mischa Barton was photographed arriving to the Gramercy Hotel in NYC the other day wearing knee high suede moccasin boots. I LOVE the rest of her outfit and I'm really digging the purse but I'm not sure about the boot combo.

Hasn't it been like 100 degrees there lately? Ugh... those are hideous. The look like they belong on some old washed up hair band from the 80's. Cute skirt...
The boots distract the eye and the rest of the outfit just doesn't matter anymore...they don't look so bad ,but in this case she should ditch them indeed..
Mischa is one of those people that I dont understand why anyone is following what she's doing. She hasn't been doing ANYTHING lately, and the projects she HAS worked on she doesnt even promote.

WHEN is this horrible fashion-trend going to die??? Wearing boots with everything. Wearing those Ugg boots (short, one assumes, for UGLY), and also handbags that look like luggage?! Actually the one I pray will be done before my son is a teenager is the baggy-pants-falling-down-the-hips look. It seems to be dissipating, and I have a few years, so my fingers are crossed...!

It's a terrible outfit, like most of hers. It's more than plausible that she dresses terribly on purpose, just to be written about, since she doesn't seem to work anymore.

LOL....I was scrolling down telling myself: "uh huh, love it, cute, looks good, what's the pro------UGH WTF are those boots!?" so I guess I LOVE 95% of it. But I can see where she was going with this, just bad choice. Next time, not so much fringe!
