out of context of not, i have to say i've wondered about this... she seemed to changed too muh pratically overnight in a space of what? 5, 6 years, she went from carrying billy bob's blood on her neck to having 4 kids and being pregnant with twins... it seems like too much of a change and something that happened so fast... and also, if you look into brad's previous relationships,he always seems to almost morph into who he's going out with, his personality seems to change completely for a while, until he gets bored and meets someone else...
now, i hope billy bob is wrong and this is not just a "phase", spec. since there are so many kids involved now, but i definately get what he's saying here... and judging from the comments above, i'm not the only one.

Uh, I can see a lot of truth in that. This guy knows Angelina probably better than anyone else... he knows what she's like. I don't know about the "if I'll be there" part... that's kinda a dumb thing to say - who's to say that she'd ever go back to him. But yea, I'm sure it's partly true.

this is striclty an opinion, and something that I wonder about. Im not saying she's a bad person or whatever...but sometimes I think Angelina is addicted to having and raising children. She's had bad substance abuse problems for most of her life, and when she kicked that, it seems like her addiction was shifted elsewhere......to kids and helping people (UN ambassador etc.). Alot of people trade one addiction for another (i.e. instead of smoking, someone will become addicted to gum, insted of eating someone becomes addicted to exercising)....it's like the strong urge and desire for SOMETHING is still there, but it's just getting satisfied in other ways. I'm not saying she's a bad mom or doesnt love her kids, but I agree with some previous posters here.....it seems like it was an overnight change and she goes from announcung on the red carpet she screwed Billy Bob in the back of a limo to full blown motherhood. It even almost seems like she sees these children as having saved her. she wants to surround herself with more because she feels protected or safe? I dunno....like i said it's just my opinion!

How in the hell is 5 or 6 years "overnight"? That's called GROWING UP! Angie was only 25 when she married BBT. He was a grown-ass man of 43 and had been married 4 previous times. She acted like a giddy kid in love. What was HIS excuse? He went after a woman 20 years his junior KNOWING that she wanted to adopt lots of kids. When she sought to make that happen, he balked and ran crying like a baby because she chose her child over him. How immature of him...and here it is 6 years later and he's just as immature as ever. Angie moved on a long time ago and grew up and out of her infatuation with BBT - even after he tried to get her back at the end of 2002. He'd screwed up and she saw the real him and that was all she needed to know he wasn't the man she wanted as the father of her children. The irony here is that he took a backhanded slam at Brad...someone he'd previously referred to as a friend. Methinks his stupid comment this week will put a crimp in his friendship with both Brad and Angie.

Don't forget, folks...he was married to her. He knows her, and we don't. That's right...he left HER. He went on tour with his band and basically never came back after she adopted Maddox. He told her on the front end that he didn't want to adopt...she did it anyway...and he left her. Which goes to show you....she is a human being like the rest of us. I guess having been married to her, he is more qualified to comment than the rest of us. But he is not the only one to comment on Ms Jolie's "phases". Her father did too. Ms Jolie does seem to have a personality which goes through obsessive phases. The current one, which is collecting children while producing more of her own so that she will have 6 kids aged 6 and under, screams obsession. Even with all the paid help, how could having so many young children with their constant demands be a balanced thing to choose to do? How can their emotional needs be catered for with all the competition? One can only hope that this particular obsession is a lasting one, because becoming a parent is a long term commitment. Imagine them all as teenagers at the same time? For the kids' sake I hope she can hold it together, but she has sure got herself into a situation from which she cannot walk away, this time. Regardless of all the hype she feeds the media about her wonderful life, it must be like living in a zoo.
