Kanye West Seriously Angers Fans

I think this might be the first bad thing I've heard about Kanye West's tour. His massive set took so long to assemble that he was almost 2 hours late for performing. Angered fans began chanting, "Kanye sucks."
West had been scheduled to take the main stage at the Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival at 2:45 a.m. Sunday morning. While the sleepy thousands in the audience waited, a message on the jumbotrons told them West's show would be delayed until 3:15 a.m., and when that didn't happen, that he would start at 3:30. West didn't hit the stage until 4:25 a.m.
UGH. Concerts are always delayed and it's so frustrating! Yet, you know that the one time you decide you'll just show up late so you don't have to wait forever for the artist to take the stage...that's the day the performer will be on time! Murphy's Law?

Vera, I wish you'd get rid of those annoying drop-down pop-up ads on this site! They drive me crazy...you can't read anything on the site until you click "close." There has to be a better way to get advertisers to pay for this stuff.
I was thinking the same thing yesterday, it makes the page load slower. Until the ads DL you can'T read or click anything. You have to click on the ad "close" button in order to proceed. I can't stand how slow this site is running lately.
I'm surprised he has any fans left after all of his childish rants.....
OMG, I would have been livid too! I remember at one of the Duran Duran concerts I went to, they were 1 hour late and I was so tired of standing (it was general admission) that by the time they came on stage, I was too exhausted to enjoy it. It sucked so bad. So yeah, no respect for artists who are late. They should be professionals and get their acts together, seriously!
I do not like Kanye, but as I understand it, it was a problem with the sets. The sets were super complicated to take down and set-up.
When does he not anger fans. I think he is too full of himself.

I blame the fans, if you are stupid enough to wait around three hours for a spoil assh*le then you deserve to get sh*tted on.
what a loser. the true mark of a man is remembering where you came from and remaining humble, he needs to get a life, because before he turns around, people will say Kanye who?
Uh, sleepy? More like strung out from all the drugs. "you should be honored by my lateness, that I would even show up to this fake sh*t" fits in perfectly with this scenario. I can't believe he'd even agree to do a show at that joke of a festival. (It's more like an opportunity for hardcore drug addicts to get all their drugs together and take them/sell them for three days straight. No cops to arrest them all.)

Every concert I've ever been to I've waited at least an hour and a half...Janet Jackson, Christina Aguilera, Shakira... Yeah...I love pop music :) Don't sweat the petty stuff and don't pet the sweaty stuff :)
I can't believe a music festival would have this idiot!!! I saw the fkhead when he opened for U2---he sucked!! We were laughing at him!!! Ellie STFU--I would love to see the list of rock shows you have seen live---idiot teeny bopper.
Ellie, clearly you've never been to Bonnaroo. I went this year and although many people do take drugs... the whole point is to enjoy the music and freedom from society that comes with the festival. Kanye was terrible, he didn't apologize or even say hello to the crowd and GOD DAMN his performance was lame... acting like he was on a spaceship? how old are we? Kanye completely disrespected fans at Bonnaroo 08. He requested a set time change from around 8pm to 2:45 to a bigger stage and got it. The roadies didn't start setting up the stage until around 2:45. LAME. All the other musicians who played later in the weekend (sunday) made fun of him for being an egotistical **** when Bonnaroo is all about the fans and the music.
ellie, get a grip, honey. don't speak on something you're so ignorant about - i'm guessing you've never been. kanye needs to lose that ego...asap.
haha... I have friends who go... I knwo what it's all about hun. My bf went a couple of years ago... I know the stories.
