Hilary Duff has been sporting this look a lot lately...talls boots with short shorts. What do you think of the style? Is it a hit or a miss in your book?
And by the way, in these shots she's out to breakfast at Papoos Hot Dog stand, for the second time in four days. Has anyone ever been there because I'd love to know what the deal is and why Hilary's so addicted! :)

I think it is a miss. It is just not her style.
The shirt kinda looks like she's gained a little weight and is trying to hide it. she's a gorgeous girl, but that color does nothing for her.

i understand not everyone can be made up all the time, but i don't like the outfit at all. britney spears early trainwreck days come to mind. Hilary is usually a little more put together than this, so it's just odd to see her so disheveled

I'm not a fan of the ripped shorts look the boots I don't mind - but that shirt is ill fitting.

I like the boots+shorts look but just not today. this outfit isn't flattering at all.
Um, I think you can tell she loves the hotdog stand! The outfit looks...disheveled. I usually don't mind short skirt with boots, but this outfit just looks bad.
definite miss :( And I love the duffster! But yeah, this outfit is all kinds of wrong. I want to go to Papoos Hot Dog! Sounds yummy!

This outfit makes her look so bad. Why????????????????????? She is one of my fashion Icons. This look makes her look so bad, but maybe it was just a hot day and she wanted to wear as little as possible. But I still love her!
She looks more like she did in her Lizzie McGuire days- young and a little heavier- which I think suits her more than rake thin with those big ol' hollywood teeth!

She looks a tad messier than usual. And its nice to see her with some meat on her bones again. She was looking too thin not too long ago.
she cant pull that off... blake lively can..but not her.
I like short skirts and tall boots... but not shorts.

Boy she really does love those hot dogs. It's showing.
she looks messy & she has definitely gained weight, which is fine because she was looking scary skinny there for a bit. i think kate moss has pulled off the tall boots with shorts, it just takes a certain style to do it successfully & this isnt it.

oh hillary no! way too pudgy for that horrific outfit
she looks great as usual and she's make up less she's one of the few that can go outside without looking make up and still look great everyone has those days where they don't look their best she's normal she can't be glamed up 24/7 give her break she's on vacation just let her relax
*yawn* all the comments about loving to eat hot dogs were so predictable.

when I first glanced at the picture I thought she had on a Wonder Woman costume, so I would say it is a miss.
Of course I hate it. But with her looks, what'll look good? Probably not much. Otis Rail
