Seeing Themselves On The Big Screen Had Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon Ready For Plastic Surgery
The ladies from Sex and the City were under a lot of pressure releasing the movie. And now the N.Y. Post is reporting that seeing themselves on the big screen may have driven Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis to get plastic surgery.
Apparently, soon after the movie's release, they both paid a visit to Roosevelt Hospital on 10th Avenue for minor surgeries. "Cynthia had a breast augmentation and soon after, Kristin had the varicose veins on her legs removed," said an insider. "They both made sure they did it on the quietest day of the week."
I have such an image of both these ladies as being very confident and not caring much about what other people think of them that it's hard for me to wrap my mind around them getting surgery because they didn't like the way looked on screen. If the plastic surgery rumors are true, I hope they did it for themselves and nobody else!

Varicose veins I can understand. A boob lift? Even as a man, I cannot understand the desire for bigger boobs. I mean gravity wins out eventually? Why bother?

a boob lift isnt bigger boobs you boob! its when they get saggy they are lifted! jeez!
A breast lift is quite different than implants. It doesn't say which Ms. Nixon allegedly had done. I'd be surprised if she actually did.
Dint she have breast cancer? Maybe it was something to do with that,
Ya I have read this so many different blogs. I dont understand why people dont report the truth. Nor is it even expected. Bloggers just see something (possibly untue) and post it, no research - no checking the validity for the treaders (excluding People) . She had breast cancer, and probally is having reconstructive surgery. Here the rule: IF you print something, CHECK THE FACTS! You are just as responsible for saying she saw herself on the bigscreen and went to get her boobs done. Its an untrue fabrication of a really sad story. ImNOTOBBSESSED your just as much to blame as the next guy. Step up your game a bit.
Im not suprised if anyone got plastic surgery. If average people had the money and millions of eyes on their bodies all day everyday they would go under the nife also
Vera think about it, they were younger when they did the tv show and seeing htemselves on the bigscreen showed them they could improve their bodies a little. NOTHING wrong with that!

I read that 70% of people who have plastic surgery make under 60 or 70k a year, I forget which!
im sure cynthia nixon got breast reconstruction.

I don't know girls. I did a lil' homework this evening on the 'net and the most recent photos I saw don't lend a whole lotta support to these claims. Unless of course, Nixon there went and blew $7000 or whatever on $650 boobs. I guess she coulda done that... but what's the point, then? Otis Rail
I didn't realize that laser therapy for varicose veins was considered plastic surgery?
varicose veins removal its not plastic surgery, dumbasses, varicose vains hurt as hell.
Surely if this were true, the two women would have got it done BEFORE making the movie. And they've been seeing themselves on the small screen for years, so what they look like on film would hardly be new to them. The remarks about SJP (passerby) not getting plastic surgery are unwarranted. The whole point of the film was about accepting who and where you are in life. Also, as Ms Nixon is a breast cancer survivor, the chances of her having some form of reconstructive surgery are pretty high. That said, I guess the price these ladies pay for their fame is lack of privacy.
I've had varicose veins on my legs done. I wouldn't consider it plastic surgery, it was necessary and as passerby 05.10 said, it hurts like hell. Nothing nice having to walk around with surgical stockings for a week!
