Security Guards Save Anne Hathaway From Crazed Russian Woman
I'm always excited to read whatever story Anne Hathaway is telling. She really has some interesting things happen to her!
While in Russia fillming Get Smart, a crazed woman came up to Anne and started to scream in her native language. To this day, Anne has NO clue why it even happened but is thankful for the movie's bodyguards who came to her rescue.
"I was waiting to do this one shot and this (Russian) girl comes up to
me… she’s got a bottle in one hand and she pushes me and says
something, no clue what.
"She thought I either stole her boyfriend or she just did not like the
look of me. So all of a sudden these two security guards from our movie
come out of nowhere, pick her up by the arms, and she was gone. And I
was advised not to ask any questions."
It's ashame what some celebs have to put up with.
so the keyword was "russian" or what? does nationality really matter in such cases?
absolutely true story (I was there and watched it) - the girl was just drunk as freeloader. the guards might think she was one of extras and let her walk through the set. she did not any harm to Anne, though at first glance it looked pretty scary
