David Arquette And Courteney Cox Attend 'The Butler's in Love' Premiere

How wonderful! New pictures of David Arquette and Courteney Cox together have surfaced looking simply fabulous at the
'The Butler's in Love' Los Angeles Premiere held at Mann's Chinese Theatre. The ladies of the Arquette family were in full force with Rosanna and Patricia both walking the carpet. Also smiling for the cameras was Elizabeth Berkley in a great green leather jacket.
The love story between a butler and a guest during a fancy party on the night in 1912.
David and Courtney produced the movie and Richmond Arquette was the lead.

Courteney and David look so good together and she is so gorgeous.
Why does Cox always looks like she just rolled out of bed (hair and face...not clothing wise)

She looks like she has gotten a little to much eye work done recently.
The eye work she had done is called getting stoned, same goes for the ill fitting cloths (half tucked in half not, pants about to bust at the button) and holding on to David just to stand up. LOL
