Love It Or Hate It: Naomi Watts

Naomi Watts attended the Naked Launch of a Trump International Hotel & Tower in Dubai which was held at the Park Avenue Plaza in NYC yesterday. Naomi certainly kicked up her style and went a little more couture with a sparkly long vest, puffy skirt, and strappy shoes. Do you think she managed to pull it off, or is it just too much look?
