Brendan Fraser Attends The World Premiere Of "Journey To The Center Of The Earth"

Last night hubby and I decided to FINALLY go on a date without the children. I've been DYING to see Wanted with James McAvoy and Angelina Jolie (AWESOME MOVIE) so off we went to the theatre. While the previews were rolling, I practically leaped out of my chair twice - once for Batman and the other for The Mummy. I am so focused on The Mummy returning to the big screen that I completely forgot Brendan Fraser had this other film to promote!
Here he is having fun on the red carpet at the world premiere for "Journey to the Center of the Earth" at
Mann Village Theatre in Westwood, CA.
Anyone interested in seeing this movie? What are your summer blockbusters that you cannot wait to buy tickets for? Hancock is another that I feel will be great.

Definitely Batman!! It looks sooo good! But not so much Hancock. I heard it is awful from the dialogue to plot. And it is only apparently like 80 minutes.
I can hardly wait ... I haven't seen him in so long! I'm glad he's got two films coming up (didn't see "The Air I Breathe") ... yeah!!!

Vera, I am also very interested in seeing The Dark Knight, Hancock, The Mummy and Journey to the Center of the Earth! I also want to see Wanted, so it's nice to hear you liked it.

This summer is impressive as far as GOOD movies go! I have a list a mile long that I've already seen and that I want to see! Wanted was AWESOME; going to see Hancock tomorrow (and it's 92 minutes, not 80, which is very average for movies and kinda refreshing after all of these 2+ hour movies lately). We saw WALL-E last night - awesome messages/themes! And there are just so many coming that look great!!
Wanted was amazing. Don't waste your money on Hancock.
I would have rather seen Jeremy London as the guy for some reason..didn't he do a tv-movie like this before?

I took the Mrs. to see WANTED yesterday. It's an ok film. Not much of a plot and it is more of an visual effects movie that anything else. I'd like to see the MUMMY III. I refuse to see Journey to the Center of the Earth. It is like the remakes of the TIME MACHINE and 20,000 LEAGUES UNDER THE SEA. The originals were so good that any remake is lame at best.
Definitively JttCotE and Mummy3!! I'm a huge Brendan Fraser fan! But Batman is on my list too. Christian Bale, yumm! OK, that's a fall movie but I'm so looking forward to Quantum of Solace! Part of it was filmed just here round the corner. And James Bond ist soooo much better since Daniel Craig, yeaaahh!!
