No Charges Filed For Amy Winehouse Punch

Police are saying that Amy Winehouse was provoked during her performance at U.K.’s Glastonbury festival therefore no arrests will be made over the incident. Even Amy's publicist claims that the fan struck first.

"The ‘lashing out’ was when someone tried to grab her hair and she reacted."

I found the video, but you can barely see what happens before Amy takes a swing.

What's she doing so close to the audience anyway? Isn't that a security risk in itself? The security guys seem to be almost holding her up. Why is she given these high profile gigs when she is obviously too ill to perform, and ends up making a fool of herself, and feeding the media frenzy which surrounds her? Those around her who care should be trying to get her out of the media spotlight for a while if she is to have a chance of getting herself back on track. Sad.

I don't know why anyone would want to touch her hair nest, but regardless she deserves it. She was way too close to the crowd. Winehouse just looks like a sick drunk yelling in a mic.
