Ed Harris Struggles With The Paparazzi

Ed Harris was photographed leaving the Newsroom Cafe in Los Angles and getting upset when a paparazzi took pictures and video of him. As you can see he tried taking the camera away from the young woman and the paparazzi being the paparazzi instead of helping her (lol) they all just snapped photographs.
Do you think he had the right to get upset even though he dined at the Newsroom Cafe, which is a celebrity hot spot and less then a block away from The Ivy?

No, I don't think he should have grabbed her camera. It's almost like he thought he could pick on a woman. Anyway, I think he had a right to be upset, just not try to destroy someones property in the process. Looks like he wanted to do his crossword puzzle in peace, nothing wrong with that.
You called it, Amy. I am a female news photographer and people DO think they can pick on a female cameraperson more than a male cameraperson.
Those celebrities go to celebrity hotspots. Those are KNOWN as celebrity hotspots. He had NO RIGHT to touch her camera. He could ask politely. But those paparazzi are on a public street or sidewalk, they have EVERY right to do what they are doing.

LOL... I dont think he was "picking on a woman" and I do feel he has the right to be upset and frustrated. Fame would be an awesome thing (to me, anyway), but the paparazzi are just out of control.
The bigger question is why would they take a picture of Ed Harris? I know he's a good actor but who's waiting for the latest Ed Harris news? It's not 1958.
He should be thanking his luckly stars that someone wants to take his picture. Seriously, why is he relevant right now.

I saw him at a restaurant once. Very blue eyes and handsome. Plus, he is in sooo many movies. He's a character actor, not normally paparazzi material.

I wish he had kicked that smirking troll right in the crotch, actually. The dude was just getting COFFEE. He didn't ask to be irritated like that. I definitely think the paparazzi deserve it when, say, people run over their feet or attack their cars with umbrellas. It's one thing to hang out a some celebrity-heavy party or premiere or other black tie event and take pictures, but so many of them are just straight-up malicious and invasive. What they've done to Britney is pathetic and inexcusable.
Of course he has a right to be pissed. All of them have a right to be pissed. Being harrassed and stalked by a bunch of scavengers with cameras is not part of anyone's job description. Ed Harris is an actor before being a celebrity.

OF COURSE HE HAD THE RIGHT! I mean you think you're so much better than the paps but you're not, look what you do. You buy the paps photos, Websites like yours keeps them going. We all Exploit their lives because lets face it, I'm on your site but you act like you hate the paps and you feel so bad for the celebs but like I said, you're paying the paps. He is/was perfected within his rights. He was being harrassed. He asked several times for her/them to stop filming and to remove the camera from this "face". Did anyone hear the way the paps were yukking it up after he slipped into a building? Disgusting. And, for what its worth, he is 58, and still hot in my book:

No one, I mean no one, would eat at the Newsroom cafe who doesn't want to be seen. The food is garbage. I have had celeb sightings at many, MANY places where there are NO paps. What it comes down to is these celebs don't know what they want. To be seen or not to be seen? They like it, but then they have a crisis and realize how empty it all is, that's what's happening here with Ed twisting the girl's arm. They're all half-insane. L.A. is not a happy place.
What he did makes him no better than the paps you people are harping on. He could have taken the high road and just walked on by. Maybe he wanted the attention, but wants people to think he doesn't? Hmmm.
Someone needs to take a stand. I'm glad Ed did. It's like talking to a brick wall with those scavengers.
